Had been heralded as a pilot tablets when Android was first introduced Honeycomb Google, Motorola Xoom finally entered into the Indonesian market. Sales of specialty retail version of WiFi about to begin in Wellcomm Shop on July 15, 2011.
Xoom Motorola to use Android 3.0 Honeycomb made by Google, the Android operating system that has been specially designed for tablets, and will receive automatic updates (over-the-air) to the Android 3.1 Honeycomb within the next two weeks. Tablet which has an award-winning dual-core processor features a 1GHz, 32 GB of memory, and 1 GB of RAM, front and rear camera, true multi-tasking functionality, and new Google Mobile services on a 10.1-inch HD screen.

The tablet is showing innovation of the user experience Honeycomb - including widgets, true multi-tasking, tabbed browsing, notification and customization - on-screen 10.1-inch HD widescreen with 1280x800 resolution so it can play video content with richer colors and clearer. Support for HDMI allows video and movies shown on a larger screen, such as HD television. A 5 MP camera on the back can record HD video, and a 2 MP camera in front allows users to make crystal clear video chat with Google Talk ™.
Google's new mobile service can access to more than 200,000 applications from the Android Market. Motorola Xoom also supports the beta version of the Adobe Flash Player 10.2 which can be downloaded from the Android Market, enabling web-based Flash content is displayed, including videos, games, and a variety of Internet applications. These tablets also possess a built-in gyroscope, a barometer, e-compass, accelerometer and adaptive lighting. These tablets can play video for 10 hours, and charge batteries much faster than the tablet competitors in the market.
These tablets will be marketed to Indonesia with prices ranging from Rp. 7 million.
